2. The Contract.
The contract between you the customer, and us Sandra Powell Designs, will not deem to be in force until such time as we confirm in writing, or by e.mail that we have accepted your order. The contract shall be in all accordance with all the laws and statutes in force in the United Kingdom: Specifically the consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.(SI 2000NO.2334).We give all our customers the right to cancel their order with us up to seven working days. Cancellation of that order outside that limit is at the discretion of Sandra Powell Designs. Cancellation of your order must be in writing, fax or Email.
3. Ordering on line.
Cheques must be made out to Sandra Powell Designs and
posted to the following address.
Or if by Bank Transfer details will be provided at time of order.
The Designs will remain the property of Sandra Powell Designs until full payment is received .No full or part of the Design shall be copied until paid for. No Design shall be copied in part or full without the express permission of Sandra Powell Designs.
Designs will be dispatched within 30 days of receipt of your instructions. Should unforeseen circumstances cause changes to this schedule; you will be notified at once by telephone or email suggesting the anticipated delivery date..
In the event that you should have reason or cause for a complaint in respect of any Design or service offered by Sandra Powell Designs on it's website, you should ring Sandra Powell Designs immediately +44(0)161 231 0239, email or write to us at the above address at the very earliest opportunity. Your complaint will be dealt with within 3 working days of receipt and will not affect your statutory rights.
This will be dealt with on an individual basis, in writing, phone or email. Pricing will be confirmed in writing or email. Payment will be made within 30 days of the order.
8. Data Protection.(What information we keep and why).
During the course of the contract between us, for the
purpose of fulfilling that contract, we keep the following information:-
We do not collect or store information for reasons beyond the limits of the contract. We do not pass any information to third parties. You may at anytime during the contract ask to see the information we keep pertaining to you and we will repair any consistencies, errors or omissions to that data. Any information held is only held for the purpose of business practice.
9. Use of Customer Web site
Password will be issued to customer to specific areas of the website relating to that customer, any abuses or malpractice to those pages the password will be withdrawn without explanation.
10. Changes to the Terms and Condition.
The terms and conditions can be changed by us at anytime,
but you will be notified in writing, email of those changes.
